Our Cannabis boutique is looking for a dependable manager in leading our team to success. As the Store Manager, you are required to generate a great customer experience by helping team members with customer interactions and product knowledge. Also, you are in charge of identifying any learning opportunities for the team, ways to solve day-to-day problems that occur in a cannabis retail environment and communicate effectively those issues with the upper-management.
Your role is vital to delivering a great shopping experience. responsible for working collaboratively with the company management and to manage, maintain and supervise day-to-day retail operations
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Qualifications and Requirements
Reporting and Information Management: must have proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and experience with process management, team problem solving, and inventory control
2-3 + years of management experience in retail
Have a valid Cannabis Retail Store Manager license or ability to obtain Cannabis Retail Manager License from AGCO
Sound knowledge of Cannabis plants and different strains of Cannabis
Knowledge of standards of Cannabis Retail stores set by AGCO
Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to retail Cannabis is a must!
